to properly underclock an athlon, change the multiplier. do not touch the 200mhz bus speed. or activate coolnquiet if your board support it.

ROFL, your silly. first of all, the 3000 on the screen is the name of the processor, it won't change due to the fact you underclocked it. And 2nd of all, you underclocked so much, your windows is slowly booting, it didn't stall :P |
